Instead of butter or vegetable oil or Pam cooking spray, MckMama uses Organic Coconut Oil and Grapeseed Oil. She also uses grapeseed oil in salads and cooks chicken breasts and stir fry veggies in coconut oil.
For Sweetners, the MSC use Organic Blue Agave Nectar. MckMama says “use it anywhere in place of sugar or honey or syrup. We use it on pancakes, oatmeal, waffles!”
