This afternoon Jennifer was in a car accident. The children were not with her. She was injured and taken to a hospital. Jennifer suffered trauma to a few places on her body and has internal bleeding and may be going into surgery soon. Please pray for her.

Oh goodness…. when it rains it pours…. prayers to the children that Heavenly Father has them wrapped in his loving arms and in his sight. God speed in recovery to Jennifer. I pray that Mcdaddy is taking his sweet children in his care and that this reminds him how much this family needs him back home!

My gosh, this poor girl is seemingly walking under the same dark clouds as I am – my husband walked out on me for a girl 20 years younger, left me with no case, then I have had one medical or mental issue after another. God will start raining his blessings upon her if she just abides in his truth. Hand in there Jennifer.

Father God, Wrap your arms around Jennifer right now. Be with the doctors as they evaluate her and give them wisdom in treating her. Lord help her to get the rest she needs and thank you for those willing to step in and help with the kids. May she draw her strength from You – for You are the only one that can sustain her through this and the many other things on her plate right now.

I’m not even sure what to say here besides the fact that I will pray my little heart out. The word prayer never seems like enough, people saying they are praying sometimes seems like a passing phrase, but it is more than enough because our Lord is more powerful than any seperation, move or car accident. I believe that and I believe in the power of prayer. I will be praying. <3
I am so sorry to hear of this. I began following Jennifers blog a couple years ago at the height of Stellan’s heart issues. I feel like she is a friend and I will be praying constantly for her and her family as they go through this.
She was probably tweeting/texting while driving. Shame.

Ashley, you know what they say about the word ASSUME, don’t you? Well, what you did is worse; not only are you assuming, but you’re condemning & judging, even though you have NO idea whether what you’re saying has ANY basis in fact or truth!
How dare you?? I don’t even know Jennifer, and she and I have extremely different views on most things (I’m extremely liberal politically, and I’m also agnostic, both of which make me Jennifer’s polar opposite). But I still respect her and like her, and it makes me SICK that people like you could say something so HATEFUL, especially during a time when Jennifer might, for all we know, be fighting for her life! Let’s hope not, but still, this is the WORST time for anyone to be passing judgement or saying hateful things! 
So why don’t you just GET A LIFE!! And while you’re at it, remember: “Let he who is free of blame cast the first stone” and “Judge not, lest you be judged.” I’m not even a Christian but I think Jesus was a kind, intelligent & powerful teacher, and I love & respect these quotes of advice from him. I try to follow them every day.

Ashley: Pretty rude to come on here and say something like that while she is having such a rough time. Good grief! You could not possibly have any idea how it happened or who was at fault but you immediately think of it being Jennifer’s fault! How do these rude comments even make it through to be listed here? I thought they were moderated and read before allowed through. I wish these rude people would not have their comments posted and then Jennifer might not even have to see people being rude and could just see all the prayers going up for her.
